Father – Daughter Camping Weekend
Just Brooklyn and I took a 3 day hiking trip to Medford Wisconsin on the Ice Age Trail. We hiked in about 1.3 miles in just over an hour and spent two nights next to Lake Eleven. This was our first hiking trip carrying all the gear, including the tent.
She did awesome and really was a big girl the whole trip. We hiked for about 5 hours on Saturday, including a 45 minute lunch, about 4 miles total. Later she told me, that was her favorite part. Made me grin.

Taken with our point and shoot Canon S95. I couldn’t afford the weight of the DSLR as I was the pack-mule carrying in everything but her spare clothes and water filter (which Brooklyn carried). I missed having the big camera though….
